Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager at the MSU Research Foundation, Destiny collaborates with all departments within the organization. Her role involves overseeing various human resource functions, including recruitment, staff budgeting, payroll, and supporting a strong team culture.

Prior to joining the MSU Research Foundation, Destiny served many years in the Human Resources department at Jackson National Life. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, and compensation management. She holds several HR certifications, including Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). Destiny holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University.
