Conquer Accelerator Diversity in Entrepreneurship (CADE) is the MSU Research Foundation's first internship program designed to increase diversity within the entrepreneurial community by hiring young professionals from various ethnicities and backgrounds to collaborate with selected teams.

The Conquer Accelerator program selects five startup companies and accelerates their business development. The goal is to not only accelerate the development of companies but also encourage private equity investment and prepare for federal grants. To increase diversity and develop entrepreneurial talent, Conquer provides each team with a student intern from underrepresented groups to join the 10-week program and ultimately hire them at the end of the program.
