Land

The University Health Park (UHP) in Lansing, Michigan, supports advanced research, science, education, training, and commercialization through strong public-private partnerships to bring innovative health and wellness discoveries to market.

Michigan State University acquired land in the mid-1960s and featured an entomology lab for 20+ years. In 1988, MSU deeded 110 acres of this land to the MSU Research Foundation to build a research park.

Eighteen acres of development-ready land in the University Health Park on the southwest corner of the MSU campus and adjacent to McLaren Greater Lansing, the Alliance building, and the Medical Services building for a health-focused project is currently available for lease.
