MSU Research Foundation Welcomes Three Startups to Incubator Facilities
October-December 2024 Update: The MSU Research Foundation welcomed three startup businesses to incubator facilities in the Lansing capital region and Grand Rapids. Companies specializing in media, manufacturing technology, and AI-driven contract management add to high-tech innovation ecosystem.
EAST LANSING, Mich. (Jan. 14, 2025) — The Michigan State University Research Foundation welcomed three startup businesses to incubator facilities in the Lansing capital region and Grand Rapids between October and December of 2024.
Joining the startup community at the Technology Innovation Center (TIC) in downtown East Lansing are:
Oasis Media Group, providing social media management services, including branding, content creation, photography, videography, graphic design, video editing, and AI-driven solutions, helping clients execute their digital strategies.
Ubivis, enhancing manufacturing efficiency by leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT), and robotics to collect, analyze, and optimize machine data in real time for autonomous improvements.
Joining the startup community at The Bridge incubator in Grand Rapids is:
First Rule Contract Management, providing construction teams with AI-driven contract analysis, training, and lifecycle management, reducing risk and enhancing efficiency for projects of all sizes.

The TIC and The Bridge are incubator facilities that support emerging companies and research groups through comprehensive startup programming and services provided by the MSU Research Foundation. The TIC, located in East Lansing, offers a 7,000-square-foot collaborative workspace for tech startups, operated in partnership with the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (LEAP) and the Lansing Regional SmartZone. The Bridge, a 20,000-square-foot incubator on the fourth floor of the Doug Meijer Medical Innovation Building in downtown Grand Rapids, is operated in collaboration with the MSU College of Human Medicine, MSU Grand Rapids Innovation Park (GRIP), and Grand Rapids SmartZone LDFA.
